To add the new maps, just have the latest version of Gentool and it will automatically update them. However, since GenTool 7.8, the map limit is 1200, however, if you're anywhere near that number, you may want to look into deleting a few maps before having these new maps downloaded. Zero Hour normally will not allow you to add more than 100 custom maps to your maps folder.
